Red`s Hot Dogs in East Aurora

It used to be really good but going downhill! Way overpriced now and portions are smaller than before. I ordered a philly cheese steak and it was not worth the price. The steak was over cooked and chewy and the cheese wasn't even melted as if they forgot to put it on at first. I'm disappointed because I really liked this place when it first opened.

Great cornbeef. Great service.

The owner is very rude. The staff was much nicer. Food was okay. Owner wouldn't refund when I found hair in my food.

Online hours said 8pm.Sign written in sharpie hung on door told us they closed at 4pm l. On a Saturday none the less. Kids weren't happy. Not the first time this place has disappointed our family.

I always go to reds to get a mushroom swiss hot dog and they are always fantastic!! The staff is very friendly and I think the food is worth the money, love this place!

I love Red's food but I was SHOCKED recently by their price increase. My husband and I got roast beef (delicious), one order of sweet potato fries, and a milkshake. It costs $41!!! Outrageous!!! We could have gone out to eat anywhere else for less...

Good burgers and grilled cheese of all kinds!

Stood waiting for service for 5 minutes while girl filled up condiment trays. She looked at me and went back to doing what she was doing without saying anything. I walked out.

This place is amazing! Most of the menu is hamburgers and hotdogs, but they make a great beef on weck too. My kids were really into the creamsicle shake.

Visiting here from Ohio and stopped here for a late lunch. The quality is amazing. Had a chili cheese dog and it was one of the best I’ve ever eaten... from the fresh bun, to the chili, to the perfect char and snap of the hot dog. Fresh, thin cut curly garlic fries were delicious. Hubby had a chili cheese burger and poutine fries. Super good poutine! Next time we visit I’ll be ordering that. The chili is very meaty and garlicky. We love garlic so it was perfect for us. Being from Texas originally, we’ve sampled quite a few chilis, and I would eat an entire bowl of this stuff by itself, it’s that good! The staff is welcoming and friendly as well. We really enjoyed this place! It’s going on our list of places we have to come back to next time we’re in East Aurora.

Staff is great, I always get that amazing piled high roast beef, and the curly fries are just terrific!

Here right now, kid at Register lazy and they didnt say they didnt have Mustard which was one of toppings we ordered on our Hotdogs and didnt tell us they had no Mustard. First and last time here.

Tucked away behind a coffee shop, this hot dog place sells so much more than hot dogs. The menu is surprisingly extensive, and the cooked - to - order food is always great!

Always quick service and good food. The most recent time we were there was fairly close to their close time with a decent size group (it was the only places open and casual enough for us after a long day of working/cleaning/moving) and they were accommodating. It was greatly appreciated. We will be back.

The only reason why we stopped here today was because they advertised shakes and malts. Maybe they should put in small letters underneath that says it's seasonal. Don't advertise that you have something when you don't regardless of the time of year it is.

It's a cute place, a lot of menu options. I ordered the patty melt and I have to say one bite was enough, I didn't like the sauce they put on it and there was way too much of it. There putain fries where okay. The best thing was the peanut butter milkshake. They do have many options of milkshakes. Three stars is all I could honestly give it.

We had the 1/3 pound burgers. The burger was fresh, not over cooked. Cheese was melty and gooey. Curly fries were hot, and plentyfull!! Shake was amazing too! You will walk away full. Can't wait for our next visit!

For the prices they charge a side should come with your order! And they should use real ingredients not processed liquid cheese! And I ordered a chicken quesadilla chicken and cheese only. It came with onions! They were supposed to make a new one. However when it came back. Instead of 3 same size clean quesadillas I got 2 messy ones with cheese all over on out side and third one was tiny piece that looked like the one I had started to eat. Despite assuring me they didn’t Too much evidence to contrary. I will never eat there again or recommend!

Yum. Good eats fresh off the grill! Had the basic burger one day and a hot dog with some toppings a different day and both were really good. Will be back soon!

This place is great! Nice place with an old school burger/hot dog joint vibe. Everything is made fresh to order, great fresh ingredients and very reasonable prices.

The prices are outrageous but the food is absolutely amazing! I haven't been here since 2016 but I still remember how good the food was! I hope this helped!

I have lived here for over 20 years and never been here before tonight. The food is excellent but the place is run by kids. There is no reason to have a line to the doorway just to pay and take a number and wait.

Today, my friends and I came to reds just to eat. We ordered large curly fries, we have been waiting for an hour and they still haven’t came out. My friends just asked where is our fries, what’s going on! Everyone is getting their food that came 15 minutes ago. They just put them in the fryer, they just forgot. We have to wait 10 more minutes, just for our fries we ordered an hour ago.

Way overpriced. I mean 7$ For a 12oz milkshake? Come on man.

very long wait for just a burger and fries. very skimpy portions of fries and they looked like just "ends". hot dog "machine" inop apparently... shorthanded. a number of people walked out. you should be able to do better.

First time here and hopefully not the last - I had the Red's burger and it was DELICIOUS. The sweet potato chips, new on their menu, were also wonderful. Crisp with a perfect balance of salty and sweet. I couldn't finish them and ended up bringing them home with me... they were snacked on in the car during the drive back to Niagara Falls. The staff were very nice.Highly recommend - I look forward to returning and trying a shake next time!

Great food and aweome staff. Met the owner Graig and he was very kind and a funny guy. Definitely recommend the restaurant.

Expensive for what you get. We stopped​ for a quick bite while out shopping and for what we got it was very expensive. The server at the counter was exceptionally nice and made good suggestions for food choices.The menu is on 2 separate walls so it's a bit confusing. They also have one menu board labeled as "Grilled Cheese", but it isn't, so I'm not sure what's up with that. Service was a bit slow too.My wife had a BBQ chicken grilled cheese and it was actually a decent sized sandwich, but the bun wasn't even toasted, so I'm baffled at the grilled cheese part. I had a Polish sausage sandwich and it was mediocre. Nothing to describe it any other way.There are no refills on drinks either.

Good food,very friendly staff,clean ,,a ton of choices,we were there @11:45 a.m. so not quite lunch rush so service was pretty quick.we stop in w our grandson(he likes the pudding) so we will continue to do so!!
